This web site is globally similar to expedia. The only things which is changing is the amount of company the site is working with. More you have company, more offers you can propose to yours customers and more they are satisfied by the service.
The second point is the faciliy you will have to navigate on the web site. The facility for finding information will have a major role in the fact that customers come back to your web site. They like facility and rapidity. They won't waste their time, trying to find some information or whatever.

Kelkoo was some years ago a very important company in comparating prices on internet. But a lot of similar companies grow up and became competitors. Kelkoo had lot of problem to stay competitive.
5 years ago, Kelkoo was sold by Yahoo and began its restructuration. They decide to focus their new offers on different technics. They develop a serie of criteria like: price, cost, length of delivery and gauranties. They worked also on the fact that each customer have to find exactly what he is looking for.
Recently, they launched a new offer: The cash back. That means, they can received discount in cash.
6. Who are the OTA's partners (not advertisers)
I didn't find any partners of kelkoo. Just some documents for becoming a partner...
But Kelkoo is directed by a english pension funds. This pension funds bought kelkoo to Yahoo 3 years ago.
